Multiple Silos

Booking multiple silos without the whole property

Why groups do this

Two couples want to travel together but keep their own space at night - book Bluebonnet and Wildflower side by side. A family of ten wants privacy between the parents and the kids' families - book a mid silo plus a large one. A friend group of twelve wants all the pool time without any wedding-party overlap - book three silos. Each silo is its own unit with its own kitchen, its own bathrooms, its own living space.

A small wedding, family reunion, business offsite or retreat - book all the silos, but not the main farmhouse, or vice versa.

You're not sharing anything you don't want to share.

What you get with a multi-silo booking

Exclusive use of the silos you've booked. Full access to the silo community amenities - the pool with sun shelf and waterfall, the fire pit with swing benches, the nature playground. Access to the animals and your part of the 22 acres of ranch. Ten minutes to Main Street Fredericksburg for dinner, wineries, and shops.

What you don't get

The 1870 farmhouse and the barn are not included with a multi-silo booking. Those are reserved for farmhouse renters and full-property buyouts. If you want the barn - for a group dinner, a small event, a gathering space - you're either booking the farmhouse alongside your silos, or you're doing the full-property buyout.

How to book more than one

One or two silos: book directly through the individual silo listings on our booking page, or on Airbnb and Vrbo. Three or more: email us. We can hold them together, confirm nobody else is on the property that weekend, and price the group directly - usually better than the sum of the individual nights. Booking all the silos, but only the silos, book The Silos at Grand Oaks on our booking page.

Combinations groups ask about most

  • Two couples: Bluebonnet + Wildflower, side by side.

  • Small family or friends of 6–8: one mid silo (Pecan or Mesquite).

  • Bigger family of 10–12: one mid + one large (Pecan + Live Oak is the common pick).

  • Full silo takeover, 16 people: all six silos, no farmhouse. Common for bachelorette weekends and milestone birthdays that don't need the barn.

  • Everyone, 30+: you probably want the full-property buyout. Details on The Gathering at Grand Oaks here.
