The Farmhouse
Professionally decorated and furnished to offer an experience of historic time and place while enjoying modern comforts and amenities. The original part of this home was built in 1848 with sections added through the generations, culminating in this sprawling 5-bedroom, 3-bath ranch home on 22 acres, just 10 minutes from Fredericksburg's Main Street and famed wineries.
Conveniently located to all Fredericksburg has to offer, you will enjoy heading out or staying in. As an active ranch, you may see the resident cows, goats, sheep, donkeys or visiting deer on the property.

The Setup
The King bed Pioneer Room (the entire original cabin circa 1880) and the double Queen room are off the dining area and share a bath with standup shower.
The double King bed room is on its own wing, down the hall from the kitchen, with a full bath just outside its door.
The upstairs King bedroom shares a shower bathroom with the 3-twin bunk room.
Other Info
Check in anytime after 4:00pm. Check out before 10:00am. Early arrival or late departure may be available for an hourly fee. Inquire with your host about availability.
Pool heat is available, upon request, for a $100 per night fee. Please give 24 hours notice so it can be fully heated for you. The hot tub is included regardless.
Because livestock live on the property, you may see their caretakers coming and going to feed and tend to them during your stay.
Due to the resident livestock, there are NO PETS allowed, as we cannot risk any incidents.
No self decorating. We can refer you to someone who will properly install and remove decorations, saving you the trouble.
