How It Works
Weekday Celebrations
Venue fee only. No lodging requirements. The most accessible way to celebrate at Grand Oaks. Farmhouse and silos available for your guests but never required.​​
Weekend Celebrations
Every weekend wedding includes the farmhouse - your bridal suite, your getting-ready space, and your home base for the weekend. One bundled price, nothing hidden.
Guest Lodging
For evening receptions, all six silos are held exclusively for your wedding guests at preferred rates. Your guests book directly, just like they would a hotel room.

Every weekend celebration includes the farmhouse for you and up to 16 guests. One price that covers your venue and your home base for the weekend.
The Intimate Weekend

An intimate ranch celebration with a two-night farmhouse stay for you and up to 16 of your closest people. The barn and outdoor spaces host your ceremony and reception while the farmhouse becomes your home base - getting ready, gathering the night before, and waking up married the morning after.

Your Weekend at Grand Oaks:
Friday - Arrive and settle into the farmhouse. Guests check into silos. Host your rehearsal dinner or welcome drinks as the sun sets over Hill Country.
Saturday - Your wedding day. The entire ranch is yours - ceremony, cocktails, dinner, and dancing under the Texas sky. End the night steps from your door.
Sunday - Gather one last time for a farewell brunch. Lingering goodbyes, morning coffee by the pool, and the start of your married life together.
Enhancements
Every package is complete as-is. These are available for couples who want to extend or customize.
Add-On Price Details
Additional farmhouse night $1,800 – $2,400 Based on season. Thursday arrivals or Sunday departures.
Additional venue hour. $350 per hour Beyond included venue access window.
Farmhouse add-on $1,500 per weekend night Add an overnight stay to any weekday celebration.

Ceremony only $1,000 One-hour ceremony for up to 30 guests. Any day.
Day-of coordinator $800 – $1,200 Required if not using a recommended planner.

Grand Oaks Ranch does not provide in-house catering, bar services, or entertainment. We are happy to share our curated list of recommended vendors who know the property well.
